Overview

Payment Solutions with the Compleo HW family can be divided into two parts.
The integrated payment terminals and the direct payment or Ad-Hoc payment with a QR code on the display.

Different use cases have different regulatory requirements, please make sure that your chosen solution follows the regulatory guidelines.

During the charging process at publicly accessible charging stations (Not all models support OCMF. The charging session data for CITO and Duo could only be examined locally in the SAM Meter), various data is collected and stored in the OCMF data set. Transparency software from S.A.F.E (https://safe-ev.org/de/transparenzsoftware/versionen/ ) is used to check whether these data sets are complete or have been modified. The instructions and software can be found in the following chapter.

Integrated Payment Terminal

The Integrated Payment Terminal is currently available in the following HW:

• eTower 200

• Cito 500

• DUO IMS
