Before updating to a newer version, please install the required mandatory versions in the correct order. If the update path, as illustrated below, is not followed, the eBOX will no longer work. Also, see below for ways to find out which version is currently installed.

How to install

A newer version can be installed via OCPP or WebConfig. For installation via WebConfig, log into WebConfig and go to ECU > Update to upload and install a file.

P5 controller: eTower, DUO (prod. date ≥2022), SOLO

Downgrading to older software versions is not recommended and can lead to errors.

Recommended Update path: older 6.10.1 → 6.10.1 → 6.14.1

Updating an eTower 200 can take up to 25 minutes!
